Daughter of Vigneron, Annabelle Hazard was born in Champagne, in Châtillon-sur-Marne.
Living a few meters from the first rows of vines, she has acquired since childhood the culture of excellence by observing and even practicing, the work in the vineyards learning and making a great champagne required inspiration and know-how, passion and patience .
From her mother, she received the art of hospitality, altruism, the pleasure of caring for others and receiving at home.
It is therefore her family life, a true source of inspiration that showed her the direction in which she would be able to flourish and make a career.
Her previous studies, Annabelle started her professional life in London where she lived for 8 years.
His stint at Joel Robuchon’s workshop was a strong part of his training. She then moved into the Wines and Spirits sector, becoming Brand Manager for the Champagne Bollinger House, before returning to her original path
